I am mainly involved in the front-end of documentary filmmaking — from story development and research to coordination and filming — with a focus on field production in complex environments.
I specialize in operating independently or with small crews in sensitive settings, whether embedded with communities, environmental defenders, or frontline actors.
I travel with a streamlined, field-ready kit designed for mobility without compromising quality. The setup is compact and discreet, yet fully capable of delivering broadcast-level visuals, complete with lighting and 4-channel audio recording for interviews and environmental sound.

“La Campanera was formerly one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in San Salvador, El Salvador. But with the area on the rebound, VICE sent journalist Fritz Pinnow to try a hangover cure at Mercado Central and then learn to make pupusas at a roadside stall with a devilishly spicy menu.”
